SHIPPING

We offer $7 flat rate standard shipping on USA domestic orders and free flat rate shipping on all orders over $150. 

All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Business days refer to M-F and exclude national holidays.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the order being fulfilled. As long as items are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only that never expires.

Return Options:

1) Quick and easy exchange: Select which item you would prefer and we will immediately ship out the new item once the original item has been shipped back to us. There will be a shipping and restocking fee of $8.00 for an exchange.

2) Return for store credit: Pop the item you are returning in the mail, once it's delivered to our warehouse please allow for 2 business days to process and you will be emailed your refund in a form of a gift card.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the shipping carrier.

If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email hello@sageandthread.com a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement or back to original payment form upon request.


LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES

If you would like to cancel your order, we can do so within one hour of purchase. Please email us at hello@sageandthread.com to cancel or change your order. We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation.
